For certified installations in Canada and the U.S.: Maintain at least 18" (45.72 cm) from the outside surface of the 3" flue pipe to any combustible surface. Position the stove and mount to maintain this pipe clearance. In Canada, shielding does not reduce the 18" pipe clearance. For U.S. installations, use the 18" clearance specified in the certified manual unless a reduction is explicitly approved by the authority having jurisdiction. Stove shielding and pipe clearances are separate requirements.

The CB-4012-SS stainless steel wall mount secures a Grizzly mini wood stove and complements its appearance. For non-certified recreational setups, shielding can reduce clearances as specified in the stove and mount instructions. Certified units require 18 inches of clearance from the outside surface of the flue pipe to combustibles; this clearance generally cannot be reduced. Position the stove and mount to maintain the required pipe clearance.

Specifics

For non-certified recreational setups, provide a 14" lateral stove clearance from a surface left or right of the stove unless a Side Shield CB-2216-SS is used as specified in the installation instructions.
For non-certified setups, maintain a 1" air gap between the bottom plate and the surface below, as specified in the mount instructions. For certified units, follow the certified stove manual and maintain the separate pipe-clearance requirement.

Includes 37" of flue shielding. For non-certified setups that require pipe shielding, the flue shield must run behind the pipe along the entire wall-facing run. If you have more than 37" of flue pipe inside, you will need enough Flue shield extensions CB-2215-SS-30 to cover the rest of the way.
Comes with side guards to prevent heat from spilling onto the surface it is mounted to.
