Introducing the Cub CB-1008-BL, our latest innovation in compact heating solutions. This wood stove combines efficiency and durability, now fully certified to meet UL 1482-2022 (U.S.) and ULC S627-2023 (Canada) standards.
Featuring an advanced secondary combustion system, the Cub CB-1008-BL maximizes fuel efficiency and minimizes emissions, making it an excellent room heater. Dimensions
- Measures only 11" (Wide) x 12" (High) x 10.5" (Depth) ( 27.94 cm x 30.48 cm x 26.67 cm ).
- If you remove the rail, you have a cooking area of 5" ( 12.7 cm ) from the flue to the edge of the plate and 11" ( 27.94 cm ) side to side.
- Measurements for the interior firebox: 6" (Depth) x 7.375" (Wide) x 6.5" (Tall) (15.24 cm x 18.42 cm x 18.733 cm - 16.51 cm).
Specifics
- Requires a horizontal clearance of 14" ( 35.56 cm ) on the sides and 16" ( 40.64 cm) at the front of the room heater, without shielding and a vertical clearance of 40" ( 101.6 cm ).
- Utilize the bottom heat shield to safeguard the underlying surface when placed onto a certified hearth pad ( manual page 10)
- zero-clearance when using proper mounting and shielding. When wall-mounted, the distance off the wall will have to be greater than what we have displayed ( 7" minimum distance from wall to center of pipe).
- The stove needs a complete flue system comprising of 3"(7.62 cm) flue pipe, with a standard 6" double wall chimney system certified to UL103 HT(U.S.A) or ULC-S629(Canada). Specifically designed to connect to a Duravent chimney system.
- The connector cone (CB-3060) is used to transition from our 3" to the 6" double wall chimney system NOT INCLUDED.
