What do I need for a complete install?
The items you require will depend entirely on your space.
The absolute best and most reliable way of figuring this out is by using our Build Your Order tool. It will generate a complete list for you.
When will my order ship/How long will it take to arrive?
It normally takes up to 7 business says to ship out an order after it's placed.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
The delivery time will depend on the carrier you select at checkout, but it should not exceed 7 business days.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost is calculated by our carriers and depends on the items being ordered and their final destination. The best way to find out your shipping cost would be to add your items to the cart and generate the cost at checkout, which you can do before committing to any payment.
Can I exit the piping through the wall?
We strongly suggest that you exit the piping completely vertically through the roof and avoid any angles if possible.
Our pipes are smaller than most, so angles will disrupt the draft and impact the performance of your stove.
We only carry straight pipes and do not carry any parts intended for a wall exit.

All orders should be placed via our website. If this is not possible, please email us with your item list, full name, shipping/billing address, and phone number, and we will create your order for you.
***Quebec customers: please note that we are not set up for pickups or in-person purchases. All orders for Quebec must be submitted to us via email and will be shipped to you via Canada Post. Thank you for your understanding.
