Identification Of Pieces

 

  • LB = Left back (Side of stove)
  • LF = Left front (Side of stove)
  • RB = Right back (Side of stove)
  • RF = Right front (Side of stove)
  • BL = Back left (Back of stove)
  • BR = Back right (Back of stove)

 

Order Of Installation

 

  • The baffles are removed ( see link ) here
  • Old insulation is removed
  • The sides get installed first
  • The back gets installed second
  • Baffles are installed to keep the new insulation in place

 

Things To Take Note Of

 

  • LB and RB have bevels at the back to make way for the welds in the back of the stove
  • LF and RF have cut out to make way for the diffuser at the front of the stove below the window.
  • BL and BR have notches on the corner and the back to make way for the welds on the sides of the vertical channel and the weld at the bottom
  • Once installed, the baffles go in to secure everything in place. Baffles get installed with the holes towards the rear of the stove. The 3 flanges of the baffles go on the back insulation, the side insulation and the channel running from back to front on the top of the stove.

Things To Take Note Of

 

  • LB and RB have bevels at the back to make way for the welds in the back of the stove
  • LF and RF have cut out to make way for the diffuser at the front of the stove below the window.

  • B1 and B2 have bevels at the bottom for the welds found at the bottom of the stove near the vertical channel at the back.
